What is a Refund?

A refund is a process wherein a customer can request a reimbursement of their payment under specific circumstances. At Madina Munawara Children’s School, we offer refunds to ensure customer satisfaction.

How to Request a Refund?

If you have made a payment for a course or service at Madina Munawara Children’s School, you can request a refund within 48 hours of your payment. To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support at +966-554335263 (Available from 8 AM to 11 PM) and provide the email address or phone number associated with your account and purchase.

A customer support representative will send you an official refund request form via SMS, where you will be required to provide details related to your purchase.

Please note that refund requests will only be considered valid if you contact us via phone at +966-554335263 within 48 hours of your purchase, clearly specifying your email address and phone number used during registration.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days upon successful verification and approval of the refund request by Madina Munawara Children’s School. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once the refund is completed.

When Will a Refund Not Be Applicable?

A refund will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  1. If you submit a refund request after 48 hours from the date of purchase.

  2. If you have already earned a Course Certificate within the 48-hour complaint period, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

  3. If you file a complaint within the 48-hour complaint period and earn the course certificate within the next 7-day refund period, you will not be entitled to a refund.

  4. If you complete any course activities, such as watching videos, taking quizzes or tests, or downloading course materials, before requesting a refund.

  5. If you complete more than 5 premium/paid lessons before requesting a refund.

  6. If you have purchased an e-book.

  7. If you have purchased a subscription-based course, and the class has started for that course.

What Happens When You Request a Refund?

Once you submit a refund request, your enrolled course will be temporarily locked. You will be notified via SMS within 3 working days of the status of your refund request. If the request is accepted, you will be unenrolled from the course, and your progress will be reset. If you wish to repurchase the course, you will need to start from the beginning.

Madina Munawara Children’s School reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this refund policy on a case-by-case basis and as needed.
